February 13th and 27th

March 13th and 27th

April 10th.

 

All rehearsals will be directed by Mark Basseyat the Round Georges Pub in Kemptown. Start at 8.15 and finishing at 10.15. £20 subs due at 1st rehearsal please.

 

22nd AUGUST - AUTUMN REHEARSAL DATES

21st JUNE NEW MD!

We are very excited to announce that as from this Autumn our new musical director will be trombonist extrodianaire and all-round-nice guy Mark Bassey. As well as being a great soloist and band leader Mark is great at bringing the best out of musicians. See www.markbassey.com for more information about Mark and what he is up to.

 

 

We will be posting more information on Mark's plans for the band and the new arrangements for rehearsals and gigs that will be in place from the autumn. In the meantime, weekly rehearsals continue at the Round Georges until a summer break in August.

Good luck and best wishes to Matt Ellis who has stepped down as SJO MD to concentrate on other musical committments.

Matt will still be playing in the trumpet section when he can.​
